A distinctive feature of this product is that it transforms into a rubber-like membrane when it hardens at room temperature. Such a coating is elastic and allows the finish to achieve impeccable resistance to UV rays and typical marks from washing. UNC-R is not affected by water staining, unlike many ceramic substances of a similar type.
The substance is recommended for use at temperatures below +20 degrees Celsius (the ideal range is from +5 to +15 degrees). In cases where achieving such temperatures is not possible and reducing the temperature below +20 degrees is difficult, specialists recommend opting for an alternative - UNC-R 1.5.
Finishing coating Silk coat
This is a finishing coating with hydrophobic properties. It is easy to use and incredibly effective. Typically, Silk Coat is used as a finishing product to complement Ultimate Nano Coat (v1 and v2) nano coatings.
Initially, it was developed as a protective layer to protect them during hardening. Primarily, Silk Coat preserved UNC v1 and v2 if the vehicle was used in poor weather conditions immediately after applying these coatings.
However, over time and after extensive testing, it is increasingly used as an essential element when working with such products. Silk Coat makes the surface incredibly glossy, enhances the depth of color, and provides a pleasant smoothness to the coating. It significantly improves hydrophobic properties. That's why this product perfectly supports all UNC coatings. Specialists recommend using Silk Coat at least two to four times a year. It should be applied on top of Ultimate Nano Coat v1 or v2.
